Responsibilities • Monitor and evaluate adverse drug reactions and report findings to relevant authorities. • Conduct thorough assessments of drug safety profiles and risk management plans. • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper documentation and communication of drug-related issues. • Provide emergency support and clinical documentation as needed within the pharmacovigilance framework. • Develop and maintain a database of pharmacovigilance activities for analysis and regulatory compliance. • Participate in the training and development of healthcare professionals on drug safety practices. • Ensure compliance with national and international pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines. • Assist in the preparation of periodic safety update reports and other regulatory submissions.Location
