Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the General department, ensuring high standards of clinical practice. • Offer emergency support and manage acute medical conditions efficiently and effectively. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and appropriate diagnostic investigations. • Formulate and implement treatment plans in consultation with senior doctors and specialists. • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care. • Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education sessions. • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and protocols. • Supervise junior medical staff and provide guidance and support in clinical decision-making.Location
