Job Title: MDS Orthodontist (Fresher) Department: Dental Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Qualification: MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MDS Orthodontist (Fresher) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality orthodontic care. Key Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive orthodontic examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Diagnose and manage malocclusions, dentofacial irregularities, and related orthodontic conditions. * Assist in the placement, adjustment, and monitoring of fixed and removable orthodontic appliances. * Monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate patient records. * Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, oral hygiene, and appliance care. * Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide multidisciplinary care. * Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols. * Participate in continuous learning, clinical discussions, and departmental activities. * Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care. Required Qualifications * MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics from a recognized institution. * Valid Dental Council registration (or eligibility to obtain registration as per applicable regulations). * Strong understanding of orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and biomechanics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills * Good clinical judgment and attention to detail. * Strong patient counseling and relationship-building skills. * Professional attitude with a commitment to quality care. * Basic knowledge of digital orthodontics. * Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.Location
