Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Strategy & Portfolio Ownership (Anti-Aging)
Own and drive the strategy for Daulcel’s entire anti-aging portfolio, including IV therapies, injectables, nutraceuticals, and clinical skincare
Ensure all products, protocols, and positioning are scientifically robust, clinically relevant, and outcome-driven
2. Scientific Communication & Doctor Education
Develop high-quality, evidence-based communication including visual aids, LBLs, treatment protocols, and educational content
Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, practical communication for dermatologists and the field team
3. KOL Development & Medical Ecosystem Building
Identify, onboard, and engage leading dermatologists as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Regularly engage with KOLs and leading dermatologists to understand clinical needs, treatment gaps, and evolving trends in anti-aging
Ensure key doctors are effectively supported with the right products, protocols, and solutions from the product portfolio
Gather structured feedback on product performance, desired combinations, and unmet requirements
Translate clinical insights into actionable inputs for portfolio expansion, new product development, and protocol enhancement
4. CMEs, Training & Clinical Programs
Lead CMEs, workshops, and hands-on training programs focused on real-world clinical application
Co-create and standardize anti-aging treatment protocols with KOLs for clinic-level adoption
5. Field Force Training & Capability Building
Train and continuously upskill product specialists on clinical aspects of the portfolio
Ensure the team can confidently explain mechanisms of action, treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and differentiation
Actively support the field in high-value doctor interactions requiring deeper clinical discussions
6. Product & Lifecycle Management
Manage the lifecycle of the anti-aging portfolio from development to launch and scale
Benchmark against global innovations and ensure strong clinical and commercial differentiation
7. Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence
Track treatment trends, prescribing behavior, and competitor activity in aesthetic dermatology
Use insights to refine positioning, improve protocols, and strengthen field effectiveness
8. Performance & Business Alignment
Monitor product adoption, doctor feedback, and overall brand performance
Work closely with sales teams to ensure strategies translate into on-ground revenue and growth
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with R&D, medical, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
Work with external experts, agencies, and KOLs for program development and delivery
10. Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure all communication, training, and promotional activities are compliant with CDSCO, FSSAI, and ethical medical marketing standards
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Qualifications
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
MBA (Marketing)
2. Experience
3–4 years of experience in Pharma Product Management (In Dermatology Segment)
Mandatory experience in Dermatology Injectables / IV Therapy / Aesthetic Medicine
3. Proven track record of:
Building dermatology KOL networks
Executing CMEs and scientific programs
Creating high-quality visual aids, LBL's, & conducting marketing campaigns
Training the sales team with product knowledge.
