Responsibilities • Provide immediate and effective emergency care to patients in critical condition. • Conduct swift and accurate assessments of patients to prioritize treatment according to the severity of their condition. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per protocols and doctor's instructions. • Operate and monitor medical equipment necessary for patient care in the emergency setting. • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation for each patient, ensuring records are updated promptly. • Assist in managing emergency situations, including resuscitation and stabilization of patients. • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-hospital care. • Participate in continual professional development and emergency department training sessions. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Location
