Responsibilities • Lead the architectural planning and design for the multispeciality hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. • Collaborate with medical professionals, engineers, and project managers to develop efficient and functional hospital layouts. • Oversee all phases of architectural work from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Conduct site evaluations to ensure the feasibility of project plans and adherence to safety and design standards. • Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of architectural elements. • Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to senior management and stakeholders. • Implement sustainable design principles to enhance the hospital’s environmental performance and patient experience. • Ensure all architectural documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with project specifications.
