Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving hospital partnerships and enterprise sales for the organization’s remote cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia diagnostic solutions across Bengaluru. The role involves building relationships with hospital leadership, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, neurologists, and diagnostic centers to establish the organization as a trusted partner for advanced rhythm monitoring and early arrhythmia detection. The position requires a strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, clinical adoption cycles, and healthcare enterprise sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Hospital Partnership Acquisition • Identify, target, and onboard leading hospitals, cardiology clinics, and diagnostic centers in Bengaluru. • Drive enterprise sales discussions with: o Hospital management o Medical directors o Cardiology department heads o Electrophysiologists o Neurologists • Build long-term strategic partnerships with hospital networks. 2. Clinical Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and neurologists to drive clinical adoption of the organization solutions. • Present clinical value propositions including: o improved arrhythmia detection o stroke prevention o remote cardiac monitoring benefits • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical discussions. 3. Sales Pipeline Development • Develop and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline across hospitals and diagnostic centers. • Track sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 4. Commercial Negotiation & Contracting • Lead commercial negotiations with hospitals and healthcare institutions. • Structure partnership agreements including: revenue sharing , service contracts, deployment models • Close enterprise deals in alignment with company goals. 5. Market Expansion • Identify opportunities to expand the organization presence across: hospital chains, specialty cardiac centers, diagnostic networks • Develop territory expansion strategies within Bengaluru and surrounding regions. 6. Sales Enablement & Marketing Collaboration • Collaborate with the marketing team on: doctor engagement programs, hospital awareness campaigns, educational events • Support clinical workshops and medical conferences. 7. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners. • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the organization solutions. • Drive repeat usage and long-term partnerships. 8. Market Intelligence • Monitor competitor activities in cardiac diagnostics and remote monitoring. • Provide insights on: pricing strategies, hospital procurement trends , emerging healthcare technologies. Target Accounts Typical enterprise customers include: • Multi-specialty hospitals • Cardiac specialty hospitals • Neurology stroke centers • Diagnostic laboratory chains • Large cardiology clinics Required Experience • 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience • Prior experience selling to: hospitals, healthcare providers, medical device companies, diagnostics companies, healthtech companies • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals. Preferred Background Candidates from companies such as: • Philips Healthcare • GE Healthcare • Medtronic • Abbott • Tricog • Qure.ai • Dozee • Practo • large diagnostics chains are ideal. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in: o Business o Life sciences o Biomedical engineering o Healthcare management MBA preferred.
