Job Description
Responsibilities ● Ensure the clinic — reception, waiting area, washrooms, and all common areas — is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, performing housekeeping tasks personally alongside supervising 1–2 housekeeping staff. ● Source, purchase, and stock all necessary clinic supplies (forms, prescription pads, toiletries, files, folders, brochures, cafe/kitchen items, etc.). ● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure continuous stock of clinic necessities. ● Coordinate with service providers — electricians, plumbers, the building facility manager, and others — to resolve facility issues promptly. ● Ensure utility bills are paid on time. ● Run the in-house cafe directly: source cafe supplies and ingredients, manage basic food and beverage preparation and service for staff and patients, and maintain cafe cleanliness and hygiene. ● Maintain a small cafe inventory and daily cash/expense record. ● Run errands — purchases, deliveries, pickups — using own two-wheeler as needed. ● Support clinic events and general administrative tasks as required. Qualifications & experience ● Prior experience in facilities/housekeeping supervision, procurement, or food service (cafe/canteen) preferred — a combination of these is a strong plus. ● Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license. ● Comfortable doing hands-on housekeeping and cafe work personally, not only supervising. ● Basic organizational and record-keeping skills; comfortable managing a small team (1–2 staff). ● Communication in Telugu/Hindi; basic English helpful Special requirement : Must own and be able to ride a two-wheeler, for purchases and errandsLocation
