Job Description
Responsibilities • Provide specialized care for critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. • Conduct thorough assessments and continuously monitor patient progress to adjust care plans accordingly. • Deliver emergency support and life-saving interventions as required. • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of patient care and progress. • Engage in family consultations to explain treatment plans and address concerns. • Participate in hospital committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric intensive care and apply evidence-based practices. • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees in the department.Location
