Responsibilities • Oversee and manage civil engineering projects related to the construction and maintenance of the multispeciality hospital. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction and finishing phases. • Supervise and guide the project team in technical aspects of civil engineering and finishing works. • Prepare and review detailed project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports. • Ensure the integration of all civil engineering aspects with other infrastructural facilities within the hospital. • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for project completion. • Implement sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions in line with hospital requirements. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on project progress.Location
