Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate engineering projects related to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of hospital facilities. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. • Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for efficient project execution. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel. • Troubleshoot and resolve any engineering issues that arise during the course of the projects. • Liaise with hospital administration to align engineering initiatives with overall facility goals and objectives. • Ensure that all engineering activities comply with local regulations and standards. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff within the department.Location
