Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). • Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. • Administer medications and intravenous therapies as per physician orders. • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Assist in emergency situations, providing immediate support and interventions. • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient care and treatment. • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-ICU care procedures. • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and standards of nursing practice. • Participate in regular training and upskilling sessions to stay updated with current ICU nursing practices.Location
