Job Description
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned business verticals with full responsibility for revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs.
2. Responsible for business Operations in other sub-departments in Ops (G&PR, Operations, Visa Medicals, Bio Medical, Admission & Discharge )
3. Homecare Services
• Lead operational management and expansion of homecare services including clinical delivery, logistics, and workforce deployment.
4. Imaging & Radiology Services
• Oversee operational, financial, and service delivery aspects of imaging and radiology services.
5. HSE & Fire and Safety
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of Hospital Safety, HSE, and Fire & Safety policies across all facilities.
6. Security Services
• Oversee security operations across hospital and allied facilities
7. Support Services – Statutory, Linen & Uniforms
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including licenses, renewals, inspections, and reporting.
8. Medical Summary & Ward Billing
• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of medical summaries and discharge documentation
9. Projects Coordination – Space Planning & Renovation
• Coordinate day-to-day with projects, biomedical, and engineering teams for space planning and optimization
