Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific modules within the Matrix platform, from ideation to deployment to handover to operations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with operations, engineering, and other teams to gather requirements and prioritize features. AI Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning to improve claim processing quality and reduce turnaround times. User Experience: Continuously assess and improve the user interface and experience for internal users and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in product management, preferably in health tech, insurance, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development and a solid understanding of software development processes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
