Job Description
Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various departments such as General Ward, Oncology, Labor Room, Cathlab, OT, ED, MICU, SICU, PICU, and NICU. • Monitor patient vitals and perform routine assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards. • Offer emergency support in critical situations, stabilizing patients and coordinating with emergency teams. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. • Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, conditions, and post-treatment care. • Assist in surgical and invasive procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and adherence to infection control practices. • Participate in continuous professional development and training to keep abreast of the latest nursing practices and technologies.Location
