Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a multispeciality hospital setting. • Assist in routine and emergency medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. • Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in patient condition to the medical team. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient care activities. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the patient environment. • Participate in emergency support activities and provide first aid when necessary. • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients.Location
