Job Description
Key Responsibilities Promote and market Home Care Services to hospitals, doctors, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital discharge teams, insurance companies, and other referral sources. Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities and potential clients. Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients. Prepare and deliver presentations on Home Care Services to prospective clients and stakeholders. Achieve monthly and annual business development targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Participate in health camps, awareness programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management.Location
