Responsibilities • Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols. • Prepare and analyze samples, ensuring the accurate recording of results. • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are in optimal working condition. • Follow safety and quality control procedures to guarantee the integrity and reliability of test results. • Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and techniques. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans. • Manage laboratory inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and reagents. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and trainees in the laboratory. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain laboratory documentation accurately. • Participate in quality assurance programs to enhance laboratory performance and service delivery.
