Job Description: - Manage and coordinate the complete patient discharge process. - Coordinate with billing, nursing, doctors, pharmacy, insurance/TPA and other departments for timely discharge. - Prepare and verify discharge-related documents and ensure all required approvals are completed. - Coordinate final billing, insurance/TPA documentation and settlement formalities. - Address patient and attendant queries related to the discharge process. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of discharge summaries, bills and supporting documents. - Follow hospital policies and standard discharge procedures. - Maintain proper records and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Required Skills: - Good knowledge of hospital discharge procedures. - Experience in hospital operations/front office/billing/discharge coordination. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. - Good documentation and computer skills.Location
