Job Description: - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end health check-up process for patients. - Schedule appointments and coordinate health check-up packages as per patient requirements. - Guide patients regarding the sequence of tests and procedures. - Coordinate with various departments such as laboratory, radiology, cardiology and other diagnostic services. - Ensure timely completion of health check-ups and required investigations. - Coordinate the collection and compilation of investigation reports. - Handle patient queries and provide appropriate assistance throughout the health check-up process. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation. - Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth completion of health check-up packages. - Ensure a positive patient experience and timely delivery of reports. Required Skills: - 4–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare operations or health check-up coordination. - Good patient handling and communication skills. - Strong coordination and organizational skills. - Knowledge of hospital/diagnostic workflows. - Basic computer and documentation skills.Location
