Job Description
Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain the operation theatre and its equipment for surgical procedures. • Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by providing sterile instruments and supplies. • Monitor and manage surgical equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly before and after procedures. • Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure compliance with safety and sterile protocols. • Provide emergency support during surgical procedures as required. • Maintain clinical documentation related to surgical procedures and equipment usage. • Ensure the proper disposal of surgical waste and adhere to infection control policies. • Support the anesthesia team as needed in the operation theatre. • Maintain inventory and stock of surgical instruments and supplies.Location
