Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the procurement of finishing materials and products for the hospital, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms. • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and specifications. • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet the hospital's needs and standards. • Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder processes to maintain optimal stock levels for finishing materials. • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. • Prepare and evaluate tenders, bids, and proposals to secure advantageous terms and conditions. • Analyze procurement data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve procurement strategies. • Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets and forecasts related to procurement activities. • Oversee the resolution of any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Location
