Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide critical care nursing to patients in the ICU, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs including hemodynamic parameters. - Manage ventilators and other life-support equipment, ensuring proper operation and patient safety. - Administer IV therapy, medications, and other treatments as prescribed, following best practices and protocols. - Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate and appropriate interventions. - Document clinical data, patient progress, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Implement infection control measures to maintain a sterile and safe environment. - Provide pain management and comfort measures, addressing patient needs and concerns. - Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions.Location
