Responsibilities • Provide critical care nursing to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring all clinical protocols are followed. • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, implementing necessary interventions when abnormalities are detected. • Administer intravenous therapy and medications accurately, maintaining precise dosage and timing. • Deliver rapid emergency response to critical situations, coordinating with the healthcare team to stabilize patients. • Document clinical observations, interventions, and patient progress comprehensively in medical records. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute effective patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions. • Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.Location
