We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our Medical Team.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients undergoing psychiatric treatment and de-addiction programs.
* Monitor clients' physical and mental health, including vital signs and overall well-being.
* Administer medications accurately and safely as prescribed.
* Assist doctors and psychiatrists during consultations and medical procedures.
* Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
* Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication records, and patient progress notes.
* Ensure infection control practices and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Support high-risk client monitoring and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Educate clients on medication, health, and wellness under medical guidance.
* Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
## Eligibility
Qualification:
* GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
* Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience:
* Freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
* Experience in Psychiatry, De-addiction, Mental Health, Rehabilitation, or Hospital Nursing is preferred.
