Job Description
Responsibilities • Operate dialysis machines to provide treatment for patients with kidney failure. • Monitor and adjust machine settings according to the prescribed dialysis treatment protocol. • Prepare the dialyzer and other necessary equipment for each dialysis session. • Ensure patient safety and comfort during dialysis procedures. • Collect and record patient data such as vital signs and weight before, during, and after the treatment. • Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the dialysis equipment and environment. • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care. • Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care. • Provide emergency support as needed during dialysis sessions. • Document all clinical procedures and patient progress in accordance with medical guidelines.Location
