Founder & Director
Dr. Tirumala Reddy Dumpa is a physician, healthcare entrepreneur, and the Founder & Director of Nextenti Tech Private Limited, one of India's emerging AI-powered healthcare hiring platforms. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare delivery, pharmaceuticals, hospital administration, and healthcare operations, he is focused on transforming healthcare hiring through technology-driven innovation.
Before founding Nextenti in 2023, Dr. Reddy successfully built and scaled Sanghamitra Hospital in Ongole, which was later integrated into the Aster DM Healthcare and Ramesh Hospitals network. His extensive experience in building and managing healthcare institutions exposed the growing need for faster, smarter, and more specialised healthcare hiring solutions.
Under his leadership, Nextenti is redefining healthcare hiring through AI-powered talent matching, verified healthcare professional profiles, and intelligent hiring workflows designed specifically for the healthcare industry. In May 2026, Dr. Reddy was featured in The Times of India among the "Dynamic Leaders & Emerging Brands Transforming India's Business Ecosystem" for his contributions to healthcare technology and workforce innovation.
Founder
Sreenivasulu Reddy Thumu is a technology entrepreneur who believes that innovation begins with curiosity and a genuine desire to solve real problems. As one of the founding members of Nextenti, he brings over two decades of hands-on experience in building scalable digital solutions that make a difference.
An engineer by background, Sreenivasulu began his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he discovered his passion for technology's power to transform businesses. His journey has since taken him across diverse sectors — from healthcare and finance to government and utilities — working with organisations such as NIH, HHS, DOT, NASDAQ, and Memphis Gas & Electric. Along the way, he has led high-impact projects that range from creating innovative healthcare products like Docu-Mart to optimising enterprise systems and performance at scale.
What sets Sreenivasulu apart is his ability to combine deep technical insight with a calm, thoughtful approach to leadership. He thrives on simplifying complexity, mentoring teams, and turning ideas into meaningful outcomes.
At Nextenti, he continues to drive innovation with the same energy and purpose that have defined his career — building technology that not only performs but genuinely improves the way people live and work.
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Devanand Kolothodi is a veteran healthcare leader with nearly three decades of experience, including a distinguished tenure as Regional CEO at Aster DM Healthcare, where he managed 8 hospitals with 1,500 beds and led a team of over 3,500. Recognized as the Best CEO of the Year 2020, his background spans strategic planning, P&L management, and building high-performance teams.
Holding a Doctorate in Healthcare Management from Swiss School of Business Management, Dr. Devanand is also an active voice in the industry as an adjunct faculty at ASCI and a frequent speaker and panelist at forums like IIM, IIT, GIM, TISS, AHPI, UOH, and FICCI.
As Co-Founder & Executive Director at Nextenti, his mission is to leverage AI to revolutionize talent acquisition by seamlessly connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and ensuring accurate alignment between skills and organizational needs.
He is passionate about driving a new era of efficiency in healthcare by helping to create meaningful careers and improve systems at scale.
Director
Ravi Pothineni is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, with over 25 years of global experience spanning auditing, consulting, and executive leadership.
Ravi has previously served as CFO & Director at Aster Ramesh Hospitals, where he led private equity funding, M&A, and expansion initiatives. His professional journey includes leadership roles with PwC, KPMG (India & UK), and Deloitte (US), where he was a Strategy Consultant in Chicago.
He served as Chairman of CII Vijayawada (2019–20), where he contributed to industry engagement and regional initiatives.
Academically, he achieved All India Rank 30 in CA Foundation and Rank 44 in CA Final, and graduated as a Fuqua Scholar (Top 10%) and Martin Black Merit Scholarship recipient from Duke University.
Beyond work, Ravi is an endurance sports enthusiast, passionate about marathons, cycling, and triathlons.

Sridhar Kandimalla is someone who truly believes in the power of technology to make life better. With over 25 years of experience in software engineering and product development, he's seen how the right ideas, when paired with innovation, can change industries — especially in healthcare.
Throughout his journey, Sridhar has worked with global giants like Salesforce, Roche, Walmart eCommerce, and Genentech, leading talented teams and building solutions that scale with purpose. His strength lies in transforming complex technology into simple, meaningful experiences that improve how people connect, heal, and grow.
Before co-founding Nextenti, Sridhar founded CittaDigital and served as VP of Engineering at Nextuple, where he helped design digital ecosystems that empowered businesses to work smarter.
At Nextenti, Sridhar brings not just technical excellence but also heart. He's passionate about creating platforms that bridge opportunity and empathy — solutions that don't just serve healthcare professionals, but truly support them.
A B.Tech graduate from Bapatla Engineering College, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Sridhar continues to inspire everyone around him to stay curious, stay kind, and use technology to make a difference.
