Experience & Education Minimum 3+ year of relevant experience Minimum qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python Build scalable and secure REST APIs Work with FastAPI, Flask, or Django Design and optimize databases using SQL and/or NoSQL Integrate backend services with internal and third-party systems Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code Implement proper logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability Follow 12-Factor App principles while building applications Participate in deployments, troubleshooting, and production support Work with DevOps/platform teams for CI/CD, environments, and infrastructure Collaborate with frontend engineers and have a basic understanding of frontend technologies Required Skills Strong knowledge of Python Hands-on experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django Strong understanding of REST API development Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases Database schema design, queries, indexing, and performance basics Git and version-control workflows Basic understanding of Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps Application monitoring and logging Understanding of 12-Factor Application principles Basic frontend knowledge such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend architecture Good debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience working in HealthTech / Hospital / Healthcare applications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Docker/containerization experience Knowledge of caching, queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing Understanding of application security and handling sensitive data Familiarity with automated testing and API documentationLocation
