Job Description
Responsibilities • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to male reproductive health in the andrology laboratory. • Analyze semen samples for various parameters including concentration, motility, and morphology. • Assist in procedures such as sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF). • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results. • Document all laboratory findings and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. • Provide patient education and support regarding procedures and treatment plans. • Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure timely procurement. • Stay updated with advancements in andrology techniques and technologies to enhance lab operations.Location
