Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Bangalore Position Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Location Bangalore, Karnataka Experience 0–5 Years Qualification MBBS from a recognized medical college. Valid Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) / National Medical Commission (NMC) registration. Freshers with internship completion are eligible. Candidates with ICU, Emergency, or Ward experience will be preferred. Employment Type Full-Time Work Model Work from Hospital (Rotational Shifts) Key Responsibilities Provide primary medical care to admitted patients. Monitor patient condition and maintain clinical documentation. Attend emergency cases and coordinate with consultants. Manage ICU/Ward patients under consultant supervision. Prescribe medications and follow treatment protocols. Handle patient admissions, discharges, and referrals. Ensure timely communication with nursing and allied healthcare teams. Required Skills MBBS Resident Medical Officer Emergency Medicine ICU Critical Care Patient Management Clinical Documentation Ward Management Preferred Skills ICU or Emergency exposure. ACLS/BLS certification is an added advantage. Good communication and clinical decision-making skills. Notice Period Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates with up to 30 days notice period can also be considered. Salary Best in the industry (based on experience and interview).
