Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities within the hospital. Handle employee onboarding, induction, employee records and documentation. Manage attendance, leave management, payroll coordination and employee-related queries. Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, statutory regulations and labour laws. Coordinate and maintain HR documentation required for JCL, NABH and NABL accreditation. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Support manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and retention activities. Handle performance management, employee relations and grievance resolution. Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations across the hospital. Mandatory Requirements Hospital / Healthcare HR Operations experience is mandatory. Experience at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager HR level. Hands-on knowledge and experience in JCL requirements. Practical experience with NABH accreditation and compliance. Practical experience with NABL accreditation and compliance. Strong knowledge of HR documentation, audits and statutory compliance. Good communication, coordination and team management skills.Location
