Responsibilities • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. • Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to streamline patient services. • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development. • Implement and uphold hospital policies, procedures, and regulations. • Manage staffing schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet patient needs. • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain clinical documentation accurately. • Provide emergency support and respond to critical situations promptly and effectively. • Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and initiate improvements as needed. • Liaise with families and patients to address concerns and enhance patient satisfaction. • Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
