Responsibilities • Operate Fibroscan equipment to assess liver stiffness in patients, ensuring accurate and reliable results. • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns. • Maintain and calibrate Fibroscan equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results effectively. • Assist in managing patient records, ensuring all data is accurately documented and updated. • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols during procedures. • Provide support in emergency situations, coordinating with the medical team as necessary. • Keep up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology related to Fibroscan procedures. • Participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement activities.Location
