Responsibilities • Perform nucleic acid testing (NAT) to ensure the safety and quality of blood products. • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments used in NAT processes. • Collect, process, and analyze samples with precision and accuracy. • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of test results and laboratory activities. • Collaborate with the blood bank team to ensure timely and efficient testing. • Participate in quality assurance and control measures to enhance laboratory performance. • Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members on NAT procedures. • Provide emergency support for urgent testing and blood product release. • Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.Location
