Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general ward, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and healthcare standards. • Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses, coordinating with the healthcare team for any necessary adjustments. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to ensure understanding and compliance. • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with hospital policies. • Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the attending physician promptly, ensuring timely interventions. • Implement and uphold infection control practices in the ward to prevent hospital-acquired infections and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. • Provide emergency support and interventions as required, working collaboratively with the medical team to stabilize and treat patients effectively. • Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Location
