Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily operations of the general ward, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. • Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to maintain effective teamwork and productivity. • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, maintaining detailed records of patient care and treatment plans. • Coordinate with medical professionals to develop and implement patient care strategies. • Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing necessary support and care to stabilize patients. • Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans. • Implement and enforce infection control protocols to prevent and manage hospital-acquired infections. • Facilitate clear and empathetic communication with patients and their families regarding care plans and health education. • Evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and organizing training sessions as needed.Location
