Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive patient care and assessment in a general healthcare setting. • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. • Manage wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring healing. • Perform IV therapy and ensure accurate fluid and medication administration. • Monitor and record vital signs, promptly addressing any abnormalities. • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. • Implement effective infection control practices to maintain a sterile environment. • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation and patient records. • Support the surgical team as an OT assistant, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation process. • Provide emergency support and interventions as required, ensuring patient safety at all times.Location
