Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques. • Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures with precision and efficiency. • Perform counts of sponges, needles, and instruments to ensure patient safety. • Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgeon and the procedure. • Provide emergency support in the operating room, recognizing and addressing urgent situations swiftly. • Ensure accurate clinical documentation, maintaining records of the surgical procedures and patient care. • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the surgical team promptly. • Manage the care and preparation of specimens taken for laboratory analysis. • Support the maintenance of equipment, ensuring all instruments are sterile and in good working condition. 1 - Male, 1 - FemaleLocation
