Responsibilities • Provide assistance during surgical procedures, focusing on orthopaedic and neurosurgery operations. • Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment by adhering to aseptic techniques. • Handle and manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow. • Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in their care pre, intra, and post-operation within the ICU and OT settings. • Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgeons during procedures. • Offer emergency support during surgical complications or unexpected situations. • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for patient records and surgical procedures. • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards to promote optimal patient outcomes.Location
