Responsibilities • Assist the surgical team during operative procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile surgical environments. • Manage and organize the surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring their sterility and availability. • Support the surgeon by providing necessary instruments and supplies during surgery. • Monitor and record patient vitals and respond to any changes in patient condition during procedures. • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless and efficient surgical operations. • Facilitate pre-operative and post-operative patient care and education. • Provide emergency support during surgical procedures as required. • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and reports related to surgeries. • Ensure compliance with established infection control practices and protocols. • Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated with the latest surgical nursing practices.Location
