Job Description
Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring adherence to established protocols and maintaining high standards of nursing practice. • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, promptly identifying any changes and initiating appropriate interventions. • Manage ventilators and other life-support equipment, ensuring proper functioning and patient safety. • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other therapies accurately and efficiently. • Deliver emergency support and interventions as required, coordinating with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and in compliance with hospital policies. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for ICU patients. • Educate and support patients' families, providing clear communication and updates on patient conditions and care plans. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU care delivery and patient safety. • Ensure proper wound care management, applying dressings and monitoring healing progress.Location
