Job Description
Assist the pharmacist in the daily activities of the pharmacy. Receive, check and arrange medicines and medical supplies. Maintain proper stock records and inventory. Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely removal of expired medicines. Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines. Assist in billing and maintaining pharmacy sales records. Ensure shelves and storage areas are clean and properly organised. Check stock availability and inform the pharmacist about items requiring replenishment. Assist in receiving and verifying medicine orders from suppliers. Maintain proper documentation of stock receipts, issues and returns. Follow hospital policies and pharmacy safety procedures.
