Staff Nurse - Najath Hospital, Ernakulam, Job Vacancy
Job Description
Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and protocols. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation. Follow infection prevention and control practices. Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and nursing supplies. Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and care. Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable nursing guidelines. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
