We are looking for a proactive and experienced Nursing Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of nursing professionals for hospital requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfil nursing manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for nursing positions, including Staff Nurses, Nursing Supervisors, Nursing In-charges, Nursing Educators and other nursing-related roles. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes based on educational qualifications, clinical experience, specialization and hospital experience. Coordinate with candidates to understand their availability, salary expectations and notice periods. Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews with hospital HR teams. Maintain a database of qualified nursing candidates and update recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process. Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities and candidate onboarding. Ensure timely closure of nursing vacancies based on hospital manpower requirements.Location
