Responsibilities • Assist in the recruitment process by supporting the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless interview processes. • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records accurately and efficiently. • Support onboarding activities by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with orientation sessions. • Participate in the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives as required. • Provide general administrative support to the HR department to facilitate smooth operations. • Engage in continuous learning and development to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and principles.Location
